Hi, friends! I’m Briggsy. This is my blog. Sometimes when I’m going on about something or another, say tight rolled jeans, the Seattle freeze, or perhaps salt, people have a tendency to sigh and say, “oh, Briggsy.” And a blog title was born. I’ve read a lot of blogs in my day (someone’s gotta do it), so I figured…why not? I like food, comedy, teevee, the 80s, St. Louis, New York City, trying my hand at cooking and making things and overwhelming kitchen projects, Simpson’s references, making mixtapes, pop culture, and reminiscing. Remember yesterday? That was awesome. I live with and have a hell of a lot of fun with my awesome main squeeze Double S, and our animal friends Mozy and the Bat in Seattle.
